BUWAairtop system
The BUWAairtop system is the optimal solution for storage in lager BUWAtanks.
The BUWAairtop is the most advanced system for covering tanks. This complete closed storage system is the perfect combination between BUWAtank, BUWAliner and BUWAcover. The systems needs to connect to a concrete basement or to concrete slabes (200 x 100 cm) into the ground. The tank is always installed with a minimum panel thickness of 1,2mm, 1,4mm or heavier depending on size. The liner/cover is fully integrated and fixed to the tanks with a special reinforcement tube to strengthen the upperside of the tank construction. The BUWAairtop system has a wide variety of diameters with a volume up to a maximum of 2250 m3. The complete closed structure prevents wind damage of the BUWAliner, because of the Aero-dynamic roof shape. The closed structure also prevents algea growth, pollution and garbage inside the tank. The air pressure will be controlled by a constant working centrifugal fan (230V - 50Hz - 0,14 kW) which will create a pressure of 250-400 Pa, depending on size and height of the BUWAtank. Over the last 5 years we have developed a substantial amount of knowledge and experience with this BUWAairtop system.
